Microsoft Dynamics GP – Proven & Trusted

Microsoft and Callow & Associates are committed to supporting Dynamics GP to 2028 and beyond.

Microsoft Dynamics GP – Proven & Trusted

Dynamics GP has a very large customer base.  Not all organizations using Dynamics GP are ready or want to move to the cloud.

The team at Callow & Associates understands this.   It is our objective to help you gain greater efficiencies from your existing Dynamics GP implementation.

We can also help you extend Dynamics GP with solutions like WennSoft Signature Job Cost,  ReQlogic with eProcurement workflow, and SalesPad for sales automation.

Dynamics GP Cloud Options

Dynamics GP Cloud Deployment with Upgrades Included

Would you like to move Dynamics GP to the cloud and know upgrades are included in your monthly maintenance fee? This can be accomplished with GP365.

GP365 is the Dynamics GP cloud platform Callow & Associates recommends. We can coordinate a move of your existing Dynamics GP site to GP365. Post GP365 transition, our team continues to support your Dynamics GP site as we did when it was running at your office.

Dynamics GP Private Cloud (Hardware as a Service)

Would you like to move Dynamics GP from an on-premise configuration to a private cloud platform? This is also referred to as HaaS (Hardware as a Service). Callow & Associates can assist with the planning and execution.

Microsoft Dynamics GP Roadmap & Lifecycle

Dynamics GP v18.5 was released in October 2022 and includes many new features. These features are the result of voting by existing customers who utilize Dynamics GP daily.

Mainstream support for versions GP 2018 and GP 2018 R2 ended on 1/10/2023. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to determine your upgrade options.

Microsoft Dynamics GP is now under the “Modern Lifecycle”. This means more frequent Dynamics GP updates will be released (June, October and December).

Microsoft is continuing to add new features and improve Dynamics GP based on direct feedback from end users. Callow & Associates recommends our clients upgrade regularly to remain current.

A blast from the past (click on audio below)

Between 1993 and 1996, this is how you were greeted when you launched Great Plains Dynamics. After the first few times, it became very annoying and could be easily turned off.
